Emerald Impact is the first specialised operator in Spain providing comprehensive management of social and affordable housing, under a limited-profit model that delivers a triple impact: property, social and environmental.
Our aim is to support owners of large housing portfolios with a social purpose -public administrations, public companies, financial institutions, impact funds and non-profit organisations- helping them manage their housing stock and accompany residents in an efficient, sustainable and socially transformative way.
By understanding and monitoring the situation of families, we can assess their socio-economic progress and, when necessary, implement actions and measures to maintain affordability and prevent situations of exclusion or vulnerability.
